Welcome to the Live in Harmony Blog

Harmony is very important in this modern, busy world. Most people live with stress and search for harmony with themselves, with nature and with the environment. Yoga and Ayurveda help everyone to know how to live with a balanced body, mind and spirit. 

I have written a blog in Hungarian language since 2015 (http://eljharmoniaban.blogspot.com/).  So far, it has 690,314 views and 487 articles.

The Live in Harmony blog (in Hungarian) was born from the desire to share my knowledge and experience of yoga and ayurveda and help you live more harmoniously. 

Today I begin the Live in Harmony blog for English language readers.

On this blog I write about different topics: yoga exercises, asanas, ayurveda, life-style, health, consciousness, nutrition and a lot of healthy recipes.


About me

My name is Kati Vitai and I'm a yoga teacher. Earlier, I was an IT manager and worked at a few multinational firms. I know from my own experience what modern life is like.

Yoga and I met in 2003.Yoga changed my life: I became healthier, happier, more balanced. 


I saw how yoga helps people to be healthy and live in harmony. Now I teach yoga, but not only teach yoga exercise, I help people change their lives. I deal with yoga, spine therapy, stress relief, ayurveda, lifestyle counseling, yoga philosophy, nutrition and I give yoga retreats.

I like to learn and continually grow. I regularly study from ancient yoga knowledge as well as from modern science.

I think the most important part of the development process is your own experience. My goal is to help as many people as possible experience the amazing effects of yoga.
